Her career has spanned physician practices, specialty healthcare groups, ambulatory surgery centers, and large healthcare systems, where she has led initiatives focused on operational excellence, team development, patient access, and organizational growth.
Vivian's leadership philosophy centers on collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement. She believes that successful healthcare organizations are built on strong teams, streamlined processes, and a commitment to creating positive experiences for both patients and employees. Throughout her career, she has successfully led practice expansions, operational transformations, technology implementations, and performance improvement initiatives that have enhanced access to care and strengthened organizational performance.
A South Florida native, Vivian holds both a bachelor's degree and a Master of Business Administration from Florida Atlantic University. She is a Certified Medical Practice Executive (CMPE), Certified Human Resource Professional (CHRP), and bilingual in English and Spanish.
Outside of work, Vivian enjoys traveling and spending quality time with her husband and three daughters. Family is at the center of her life and serves as a constant source of inspiration and motivation.
