
Dr. Horowitz is a compassionate endocrinologist who takes a patient-centered approach to treating a wide range of hormonal and metabolic conditions, with a focus on diabetes and thyroid disorders.
He earned his undergraduate degree from Duke University and his master’s
degree in Medical Physiology at Case Western Reserve University. He earned
his medical degree from Touro College of Osteopathic Medicine. He completed
his residency in Internal Medicine at Mount Sinai Morningside and West,
followed by fellowship in Endocrinology, Diabetes, and Metabolism at Montefiore
Medical Center.
Dr. Horowitz is involved in clinical research at the Metabolic Research
Institute, where he works to improve diabetes care and advance the field
of endocrinology. He is also passionate about medical education and evidence-based
care. Patients appreciate Dr. Horowitz for his attentive listening, clear
